Weekend breakfast was this yummy protein chickpea pancake plate! Seriously these are super easy to whip up, high in protein and healthy fats to fuel you up!!
Savoury Chickpea Protein Pancakes (recipe makes 2 pancakes)

Ingredients: 1 cup chickpea flour @mckenziesfoods 1 cup water
3 tbsp unflavoured protein powder @thirdwavenutrition_aus 2 tsp Curry powder (I used Tropical Curry @pickldit )
Pinch of salt & pepper; oil for the pan (I used @bertollioliveoil_australia )

Method: whisk everything together and cook pancake batter 1/2 cup at a time. Flip when the surface becomes matte as opposed to shiny.
