- Toast your favourite bread (we love tiptop.bakery gluten-free)
- Fry eggs in extra virgin olive oil
- Spread thin layer of Vegemite (I personally love everyorganics_everymite and it goes so perfectly as it made with black sesame seeds)
- Add thinly sliced avocado australianavocados
- Top with eggs and a very good sprinkle of bagel seasoning (I personally love Everything Bagel mingleseasoning)
