Ever tried turmeric dressing on a smoky fry-up?
Start your long weekend with this smoky breakfast plate (using smoked salt & smoked EVOO!!) and a creamy tangy golden gut-healing turmeric dressing!! I tried the new vegan sausage @v2foodofficial and I was so impressed in terms of the texture and taste!! Stir-fried with pan-fried tofu and veggies and paired with avo, hemp and GF sprouted bread to call this a wholesome weekend breakfast 🍳
- Vegan sausage @v2foodofficial, cut diagonally
- Oyster mushrooms, sliced
- Yellow bell pepper, sliced
- Tofu, cubed
- Cooking oil & seasonings of choice (I used Slow-smoke EVOO & salt @everyorganics)
Turmeric dressing: 3 tbsp coconut yogurt @bondiyoghurt + 1 tsp Turmeric (I used AM Cleanse @gevityrx) + honey/maple syrup to taste
GF 5-seed bread @purelifebakery
