INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup cacao
- 1 cup melted dark chocolate
- ¼ cup EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 organic eggs
- ¼ cup butter or coconut oil
- ¼ cup crushed peanuts
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, melted dark chocolate, coconut sugar, almond flour, self-raising flour, EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey, & cacao.
- Mix together well until it comes together like a cake batter.
- Add the batter to a cake tin & bake at 185 degrees for 25 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
FROSTING
- 4 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey
- 6 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 cup melted chocolate
Mix together well and then pop into the fridge for 15 minutes. Then pop into a piping bag and add to the cupcakes. Top with crushed peanuts.
